- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I gave it 1 star because that is the lowest I can go. Several months ago I paid off a vehicle loan early and was entitled to a refund. Instead of sending a refund check they automatically deposited the funds into a checking account and bled it to a zero balance with "Inactivity Fees." Lindsey, who is the customer service rep I dealt with, was rude and got an attitude while I was asking legitimate questions. I'd borrow money from a terrorist organization before I'd use this bank again.By Robin Hood, September 06, 2017

- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The rudeness of the tellers and member service staff cannot even begin to explain what a poorly ran bank this is. I choose a credit union upon moving to Big Spring because credit unions have always been great everywhere else we have lived. Except here. CFCU needs a serious attitude makeover. Especially sad when the bank has some great features, it's getting past the employee's who are the "face" of the bank that makes it just not worth it.By Elizabeth P, March 24, 2017
