  Thank you so much Sonya!!!! Absolutely the best customer service and knowledgeable staff. The best prices on pretty much anything that you want. I saved 300.00 on an amplifier! I have read some of the other ratings on this pawnshop and they were negative but they also come from people that are trying to sell their stuff I understand no one likes to be ripped off but you have to remember it is a pawnshop and when you're in a bind and need quick cash they have it. So for all of you people that sit here and complain, if you want more money for your stuff put it on craigslist or eBay and wait three or four weeks for your money. Because in order for us to buy something less than retail then they have to give less than retail in order to make a dime or a dollar.

  They are not friendly at all! They don't do their job. As I waited in line the worker yelled across the store at an elderly man who was trying to ask a question. Sorry we are closed. He replied I was only trying to ask a question. Needless to say his questions went unanswered. So now it's my turn & be4 I realky even have a chance to show her what I have she's already sayn oh we do t take that. Which was a tool called a band it. Then she offered me 1$ for my 130 $ SURGE SUPPRESSOR sje had no clue even what it was. So I tell her this cost over 100 $ to buy . She said oh well they already called and the manager said only 1$ . LoL So now she is str8 lying to my face. She didn't have time to call. She just didn't want to help me. Going home is all any of them cared about. They could of careless why I was there or how important that loan was to me. I won't ever go back they are cheap, lady, & rude, I will throw my money out the window be4 I ever give it to them. If you ask me each and every person working today. Should be wrote up or even let go. What the hell ever happened to greeting customers with a smile . putting them first. No customer satisfaction is here nope not happening. If I had to rate this store I would give it ZERO ☆'s ZERO ☆'s ZERO ☆'s .
